No cancellations & refunds are entertained.

Exchange & Returns

We are a small business and we follow the made-to-order model, which means every piece is handcrafted especially for you. We don't accept any returns of garments, because it is wasteful and not feasible for a small business.

We can accept exchanges for sizing concerns or quality defects. In case of sizing issues or defects, we can exchange the piece for a different size or offer alterations.

To facilitate exchange for sizing issues, we need to see a picture of the garment with the sizing concern highlighted.

All our garments have margins which make sit easier to get alterations done at your end. If you are unable to resolve the issue at your end, you can send the piece back to us.

In case of quality defects/ damage, we require an unboxing video of the said garment, highlighting the defect/ damage.

In the event that the customer opts for an exchange due to a sizing issue, the shipping costs for the exchange will have to be borne by the customer itself.
