We currently ship only across India

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 10-15 working days and are  subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

MUSE is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10-15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

SHIPPING

• We offer free shipping on every order. It takes us 8 to 10 working days to process your order and a further 5 to 7 working days for it to reach you.
•  However, weather conditions may affect delivery time. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the product.
•  We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

NON-AVAILABILTY OF DELIVERY

• Our shipping agency will make three attempts to deliver the package to you before they return it to us.
• We urge you to provide accurate information to make the process easier and faster.
• Please make sure the zip code and contact details provided are complete.

INTERNATIONAL

• Currently, we only ship our goods within India.
• For international orders, you can request us the cost of shipping, mentioning the product you wish to purchase and your delivery address.
• Please write to us at info.musewear@gmail.com with the SUBJECT as INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and we will get back to you soon.

PAYMENTS

• When you buy or attempt to buy a product, we might collect your billing name, billing address, and payment method.
• However, your credit/debit card number or credit/debit card expiry date or other details related to your credit/debit card on our website is never collected or known by us. 
• Credit/Debit card information will be obtained and processed by a secure payment gateway.
